I am Olivia, your go- to Pilates girl. Originally from Finland, but now based in Bali until further notice. I fell in love with Pilates myself back in 2022, and soon after got certified in Finland. I’ve worked as an fitness instructor since 2017, so I’ve tried a bit of everything through the years. Pilates has a special place for me, because it is truly for everyone and it strenghtens you in a very special way. As an instructor I’m a ”gentle whip”, and in my mat classes you’ll experience a fun & challenging mix of modern & classical Pilates.

I'm Lily! I recently completed my Pilates Instructor training in the beautiful Bali. I have been immersed in the world of pilates for years through both my personal practise and professional training. I have a deep passion for helping others move with strength, confidence, and connection. My teaching style is gentle, encouraging, and all about creating a safe, empowering session that supports clients of every level! I am all in when it comes to making you all feel seen, supported, and challenged, in the best way possible!! Can't wait to sweat, pulse and feel the burn with you.

I’m Nadine, 40 years young, a yoga teacher and fitness coach living in beautiful Mallorca. Movement is my passion, it’s how I connect, recharge, and help others feel their best. I lead women’s group workout classes, personal training sessions, and yoga classes. My group workouts include a mix of Pilates, Tabata, HIIT, strength training, booty and abs, bodyweight exercises, and more, always varied, energizing, and fun. My yoga classes are themed around the elements, chakras, specific body areas, emotional release, and balancing feminine and masculine energy. They’re designed to be real, grounded, and truly for everyone, no acrobatics or picture-perfect poses, just accessible, supportive yoga that meets you where you are.
